"It looks bad, very bad" when you recieved photography services from me over a year ago and your check bounced.  THEN after enumerous excuses, a year later, attempted to pay from "whatever committee"; yet again- that check bounced.  I have been given all sorts of political finger pointing.  But, the bottom line is you recieved services from me and I have not been compensated AND I've had to pay bounced check fees.  Surprizing to see you comment on this site which is based on "accountabilty".
